basic advice for first time/new html/css coders
what really helped me starting off was taking premade layout codes and making tweaks to them/adding changes here and there (without removing credit, ofcourse). just keep doing it until you start to understand how things work! i promise eventually youll start to memorize basic code.
once you understand the basics, google or whatever seaarch engine you use will be your best resource. there tons of guides and tools you can find by just looking around the internet.
